My experience with the app hasn't been in-depth (easy UI, no crashes), but this review is for their customer service. I ended up not being able to recall my password, and the two strings I wrote down also proved unhelpful in brute forcing it. I reached out to support, and they offered me a workaround that, while a little bit drawn out (for good reason), let me access my money. The service was always friendly, easy to reach, and willing to do everything they could to help me. A+ support team!

Awesome site.. Perfect for me. Would love it more if litecoin wallet is introduced. Dropping another review after so many years. Blockchain should do better. Haven't been able to login since this last upgrade. I've been logged out for over 2 weeks now. Please correct this abnormality. I love blockchain
